The delivery time will be 48/96 working hours from the moment of placing the order or receipt of payment in the case of bank transfer. We cannot guarantee these deadlines, although we try that the transport undertaking complies whenever possible.
The customer will have 24 hours to verify the integrity of all components of the order and to verify that it includes everything it needs in the products covered. After these 24 hours, the shipping will be considered accepted and claims for damages or faults will not be accepted.
An order shall be deemed delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. In the next 24 hours is when the client must verify the products after receiving them and expose all the objections that may exist.
If you receive a damaged product by transport, contacting us is recommended within the first 24 hours in order to claim the incident to the transport company. Likewise, it is appropriate to send a written record to the transport company:

Later, you must denote your case via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the order number and the issue presented. Upon receipt of the incident, a new shipment will be dealt if you require.
