In accordance with current legislation, products may be returned, for whatever reason, within 7 days of receipt of the goods by the customer. To do so, the following conditions must be met:

Return conditions

• Returns will not be accepted on the following products, as established by the LAW 47/2002, of December 19, 2002, amending Law 7/1996, of January 15, 1996, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, for the transposition into Spanish law of Directive 97/7/EC, on distance contracts, and for the adaptation of the Law to various Community Directives..
• Products subject to fluctuations in financial market ratios beyond the seller's control.
• Products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, assembled specifically to a design specified in a configuration, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Article 45. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

Unless otherwise agreed, the provisions of the preceding article shall not apply to the following contracts:

• a) Contracts for the supply of goods whose price is subject to fluctuations of financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control.
• b) Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• c) Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings, discs and computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer, as well as computer files, supplied electronically, capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.
• d) Contracts for the supply of daily newspapers, periodicals and magazines.
• All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected in such a way that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes. Otherwise Athorkey reserves the right to refuse the return.
• Once the merchandise is received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed if so indicated.
• Both shipping and return shipping costs, including customs charges and local taxes, will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Payments via bank transfer for returns will take a maximum of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try not to take more than 7 days.
